These guilds meet informally throughout the year, well outside the spotlight of awards season, and they're where a lot of NUFA's real capacity-building happens — mentorship, referrals, and the kind of shop talk that only makes sense to people doing the same job.
New members are welcomed into a guild as soon as they join NUFA, based on where their skills and interests lie.
